I’m Sarah Blovsky.

I am the proud owner of Sarah Blovsky Photography. I am a Natural Light Portrait Photographer that proudly serves WNY, PA & beyond. I specialize in capturing seniors, graduates, couples, families, and more!

I am a University of Pittsburgh at Bradford alumni who graduated with my degree in Communications. I’ve always been a photography lover; always taking pictures, printing them, and putting them in albums. With a passion for photography and my communications experience, it only makes sense to follow my dreams to pursue my own business, right?

In June 2020, I married my best friend and biggest supporter, Brock. Together, we have lived in our beautiful home located in Olean, NY since 2019. We look forward to growing our family together in this beautiful area!

Fun fact — My husband was the one who gifted me my first professional camera in December 2020!

I started my photography business in March 2021, following the loss of my father who passed away in December 2021 after a courageous battle with Glioblastoma Brain Cancer. He was the best girl dad who was always supporting my sister and I while teaching us the value in working hard for anything you wish to pursue. The photos we took together are what get me through the tough times and remind me of the importance of giving back to others - even if that's converting their moments into cherished memories. Essentially, he is the reason I started my business.

Since 2021, I have invested in growing my expertise within my niche by enrolling in business and photography education courses that have helped me serve my clients with the best, because they deserve the best. In August 2023, Sarah Blovsky Photography was accepted to be an active member of the Laine Business Accelerator Cohort. I was later presented with a Certificate of Recognition by the New York State Senate, as well as a New York State Assembly Certificate of Merit at the 3rd Annual Laine Business Accelerator Showcase. Aside from being a dedicated photographer, I also work as a Marketing Generalist at Cutco.

It is my priority as your photographer to provide you with images that you will cherish forever, ones that will one day be worth so much more. So, let’s convert your moments into memories!

Sarah Blovsky Photography was created in loving memory of my father, Andrew Joseph Pingie who passed away on December 1, 2021 after a courageous battle with glioblastoma brain cancer at age 47. He was the best girl dad and always encouraged me to work hard, follow my dreams, and to never give up.

My business was built with the objective of being family first. After losing my dad, photos were all I had left of him and I cherish them now more than I ever did before. I can hear his laugh, remember his voice, feel the warmth of his smile, and remember him just as he was - as if time froze and I was with him again. With my father’s legacy being the foundation of my business, it is my mission to provide my clients with images that convert their most valuable moments into cherished memories that they can revisit forever.
